Dustin Blake

THE EARLY YEARS

Dustin was born and raised in West Jefferson, Ohio, a small town farming community just outside of Columbus, Ohio. After graduating from West Jefferson High School, Dustin chose to attend Mount Union College.

UNDERGRADUATE

Dustin was a member of the football team at Mount Union College, which won three National Championships, where he earned recognition as a scholar athlete and was named First Team All-Conference for his on the field accomplishments. Dustin graduated from Mount Union College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business.

LAW SCHOOL

After Mount Union College, Dustin elected to attend law school at the University of Akron School of Law. During his time at Akron, he was the president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Dustin was also a member of the University of Akron Mock Trial Team and earned a Certificate in Litigation. Dustin received his Juris Doctorate from Akron.

CAREER

Upon graduation and passage of the state bar exam, Dustin accepted a position as an associate attorney with Shawn Dingus, who at the time was a solo practitioner operating under the name, The Law Office of M. Shawn Dingus. In March of 2009, Shawn Dingus partnered up with Ron Plymale to form the law firm Plymale & Dingus, LLC. Dustin's practice encompasses a diverse range of practice area including civil litigation (personal injury, product liability, etc.), criminal litigation, and domestic relations litigation (divorce, dissolution, child custody, etc.).
